Logs
A record of every change Deploy has applied, what it was, and who made it.
Logs gives you a full, auditable record of every change Deploy makes to your campaigns, so your team can always trace a budget move back to who made it and why. Whether a change came from a recommendation or from a value you typed yourself, the Logs tab keeps a transparent record of it.
You always know:
- What changed, with before and after values.
- Who made the change: a workspace member or the system.
- When it happened.
- Why it happened, linked to the promoted plan and the recommendation it came from.
Track every applied change
All applied changes are recorded in Logs, which you can open from the Deploy header. Each entry includes:
- Entity: the campaign or ad set that was updated.
- Field: what changed, for example budget, bid target or status.
- Previous value and new value.
- Status: applied successfully, or flagged with a warning.
- User: the workspace member who applied it, or the system.
- Timestamp: the exact date and time.
Find the changes you need
Filter Logs to narrow down to the changes you care about:
- By user: see changes applied by you or a teammate.
- By channel: focus on a single platform.
- By plan: review actions tied to a specific plan.
- By time: narrow to a date range.
You can also export Logs for reporting or audit.
Why logging matters
- Transparency: you know exactly how Deploy is shaping your campaigns.
- Collaboration: your team can see who applied what.
- Accountability: you have an audit trail for finance or leadership review.
- Confidence: no adjustment is a black box.
Only Managers and Admins can apply changes. When they do, every action is logged and visible to the whole workspace.
