Having a media mix plan aligned with target revenue is crucial for meeting business goals. Steps to optimize for Revenue
- Create a MMM model and upload Revenue as the outcome KPI.
- The model calculates the contribution, incrementality and marginal returns for every channel and tactic.
- Go to the Planner and choose the newly created MMM model with the outcome KPI as Revenue.
- Select the Goal as "KPI" and input your Target Revenue.
- Follow the steps to create a plan and modify the constraints based on how aggressive your goals are.
- The Planner will automatically generate a budget worksheet along with pacing recommendations. Download the worksheet and share it with your team to implement and hit your predicted revenue.
