Whitelabeling Conditions
Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Step 1: Add A Record to Your DNS Settings
To begin, you need to add an A record to your DNS settings. This will enable the whitelabeling of your agency’s domain.

Step 2: Provide Required Information - Agency Logo, Sign In Page Image, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Documents
We need some specific information from your agency to complete the onboarding process. Please gather and send us the following:
1. Agency Logo
- Logo to be used on the platform
2. Custom Image for Sign-In Page:
- Dimensions: 720x1048 pixels
- Include your agency logo and any other elements you want to display.
3. Privacy Policy:
- A document outlining your agency’s privacy practices.
- This should reference Lifesight as an enabler.
4. Terms of Service:
- A document detailing the terms under which your services are provided.
- This should also reference Lifesight as an enabler.
5. Support Email:
- An email address that will be used to send support-related communications to onboarded brands.
Step 3: Whitelabeling and Sign-Up Pages
Sign-In Page Whitelabeling:
- Lifesight will whitelabel your sign-in page. This means that the sign-in interface will be customized to reflect your agency’s branding.
- URL Format:

Step 4: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Ensure your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service clearly reference Lifesight as an enabler.
- These documents are essential for compliance and transparency.
- These documents will be added on the platform as part of the white labeled solution.
Step 5: Integration and Connectors
Lifesight offers several integration options through built-in connectors and applications. These include:

These connectors facilitate seamless integration with various platforms and since these applications require building, testing and thorough review processes, these cannot be white labeled.
Step 6: Automated Emails
Lifesight will send automated emails for the following scenarios:
1. New Customer Invites:
When a new customer is invited to join the platform.
2. Password Reset:
When a user requests a password reset.
3. New Sign-Ups:
When a new user signs up through the designated sign-up page.
These emails ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding for your customers.
