Adtraction
Adtraction is an affiliate marketing network that connects advertisers with publishers to drive sales and leads. Integrating Adtraction with Lifesight enables you to ingest your affiliate channel data, allowing for a complete measurement of its performance and value within your total marketing mix.
Use Case: Evaluating the Affiliate Channel in a Holistic Model
This integration pulls key performance data from your Adtraction account, such as conversions, sales value, and partner commissions, directly into Lifesight. This information is a key input for our Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
By incorporating this data, you can conduct an accurate, data driven assessment of your affiliate channel's Return on Investment (ROI). This allows for a direct comparison of its effectiveness against all of your other marketing channels, helping you to make more informed budget decisions.
Prerequisites: Finding Your Adtraction Access Token
Before you can connect your account, you need to retrieve your unique Access Token from the Adtraction platform. This token acts as a secure API key for the integration.
- Log in to your Adtraction advertiser account.
- Navigate to your account settings. This is typically found under a menu item like Account > API or Settings > API Access.
- In this section, you will find an option to generate a new API key or Access Token.
- Generate a new token for the Lifesight integration.
- Copy the generated Access Token and store it in a secure location, as you will need it for the next step.
Steps to Integrate in Lifesight
With your Access Token ready, you can now complete the connection within the Lifesight platform.
- Navigate to the Connect > Integrations tab in the Lifesight left side menu bar.
- In the search field, type "Adtraction" to locate the integration tile under the Affiliate & partnership category.
- Click on the tile. A connection modal will appear.
- In the Access Token field, paste the Adtraction Access Token you retrieved from your account.
- Click Connect.
