View account details and change password

In case you've forgotten which account you've logged in from or want to reset your password, here are the steps:

View User Profile details

1. Click on your Username at the lower left corner of the left-hand menu.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Here you can view your first name, last name, and the registered email address through which you signed up / received an invite.
4. You can also see the company name you used during sign-up.

Change Password

1. Click on your Username at the lower left corner of the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the link to change your password.
3. A page opens where you are required to add in your current password and feed in your new password.
4. Ensure your password has a minimum of 8 characters and has at least one character that is a special character and at least one each in uppercase and lowercase.
5. Click 'Change Password.' to confirm your changes.
