Step-by-step guide in getting started with Lifesight for your brand

Welcome to Lifesight! This guide will help you get started with setting up your account and integrating your data for actionable insights.


Step 1: Login to your account

  1. The Lifesight onboarding team gets on a conference call to understand your requirements.
  2. Mention your data localization preferences to store your data and be compliant to your local privacy laws.
  3. Lifesight creates a workspace and stores your data in the mentioned country of choice as per the data localization process.
  4. Check your email inbox for a sign-up URL.
  5. Click on the signup URL to accept the invite and set your password
  6. Sign up to access the Lifesight homepage.

Step 2: Connect your data source

To get the most out of Lifesight, you'll need to connect your store or website.

  1. Shopify Users: Use our one-click integration for Shopify. Follow the Shopify integration guide for detailed instructions.
  2. Non-Shopify Users: Add the Lifesight JS SDK to your website. Follow the SDK integration guide for step-by-step instructions.

Step 3: Connect your Ad channels

Lifesight provides integrations with numerous ad channels and data sources. You can also request to integrate with any additional applications using custom APIs and custom webhooks.

Each integration is a simple 1-click OAuth-based setup but requires access to the ad account.

Step 4: Invite your team

Invite relevant team members to join your workspace by sending an invitation from your Lifesight workspace to anyone from the organization.
